Hexagenia limbata
The famous nocturnal Hex hatch of the Midwest (and a few other lucky locations) stirs to the surface mythically large brown trout that only touch streamers for the rest of the year.

definitely a limnephilid and probably not neophylax. the case is not right and the head and pronotum aren't right. first guess would be limnephilus but can't really see the characters.
