Tiny Baetis mayflies are perhaps the most commonly encountered and imitated by anglers on all American trout streams due to their great abundance, widespread distribution, and trout-friendly emergence habits.
This one was collected in association with a male spinner, but they appear to be different families.
This mayfly was collected from the South Fork Stillaguamish River in Washington on July 1st, 2017 and added to Troutnut.com by Troutnut on July 2nd, 2017.
